摘 要

节能减排是当前社会的热门话题，物流作为21世纪新兴产业的能源消费主体之一，在节能减排方面拥有巨大的潜力。在深入开展节能减排调查研究的基础上，探索节能减排新思路，从而更加有利于节能减排事业的不断发展。

本文首先综合阐述了国内外节能减排研究现状和发展趋势，并介绍了节能减排的相关概念、类别、经济内涵和节能原则等，它是企业进行经济效益生产的基础。其次是企业综合节能减排量的计算；包括产品总节能量计算公式、产值总节能量计算公式、技术措施节能量计算公式、企业产品结构节能量计算公式等；基于理论公式进行节能减排项目介绍，并对所计算的数据进行节能潜力分析。然后是对企业节能减排效益分析与评价的研究，这部分是论文研究的最终成果，通过对数据的剖析，有针对性的提出我国物流行业推行节能减排项目的现实意义和政策措施，为企业制定节能方案提供一定的指导和借鉴。最后是对全文的总结和展望。总结了论文的不足之处和创新点，并对进一步的研究方向做了展望。

综上所述，本文的研究将为我国进一步推进物流企业的节能减排，以及对节能减排的效益分析和评价提供重要参考和依据，也将为节能减排项目的实施与可持续发展奠定基础。

Analysis on the benefit of comprehensive energy saving and emission reduction of a logistics enterprise

ABSTRACT

Energy saving and emission reduction is a hot topic in the current society, as one of the main energy consumption subjects in twenty-first Century, logistics has great potential in energy saving and emission reduction. Based on the research of energy saving and emission reduction, we can explore new ideas on it, and therefor, it is more conducive to the continuous development of energy saving and emission reduction undertakings.

This article firstly elaborates the domestic and foreign energy-saving emission reduction research status and development trend as well as introduces the concept, category, economic connotation and energy-saving principle of energy saving and emission reduction, , It is the basis of producing economic benefit for enterprises.Then introduces the calculation of enterprises' comprehensive energy-saving emission reduction, including products Festival, the total energy calculation formula of calculation formula, the total output value of the energy section calculation formula, technical measures for energy saving, product structure of the enterprise energy saving calculation formulas. Based on the theoretical formula the energy-saving emission reduction projects are introduced and the analysis of calculated data is carried out. Then analysis and evaluation to the research of the benefit of enterprise energy-saving emission reduction are introduced. This part is about the final results of the research, through the analysis of the data, practical significance and policy measures of implementation of energy-saving emission in China's logistics industry are purposely proposed to provide enterprises with some guidance and reference in making projects. Finally, there will be the summary and prospect of the full text. The shortcomings and innovations of the paper are summarized, and the future research directions are prospected.

To sum up, the research in the text provides important reference and basis for China to further promote the logistics enterprises in the energy-saving emission reduction, and the energy-saving emission reduction benefits analysis and evaluation of the provide as well as laying the foundation for the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction projects and sustainable development.

1.1选题背景与意义

1.1.1研究的背景

节能减排的思想萌芽于可持续发展理论、循环经济和生态经济思想等。自20世纪50年代起，人们便生活在经济飞速增长、城市化、人口、资源、环境的压力下，对“增长=发展”的模式产生了强烈的质疑并展开一次次激烈的讨论。1962年，美国生物学家雷切尔·卡逊发表了一部环境科学著作《寂静的春天》，由此引发了世界范围内关于发展观念的争论，这就是可持续发展思想启蒙阶段。1974年的石油危机，使美国、日本等西方发达国家真正意识到能源严重短缺和环境破坏日趋严重的危机，并开始将减少能源消耗、提高能源消耗效率作为保障本国能源安全的重要手段。直到20世纪80年代，可持续发展思想得到国际社会广泛关注和认可，且各国探讨的主要内容就是节约世界能源和减少有害气体的排放^[1]。

节能减排措施也在发生不断的变化。从20世纪70年代的传统指令式管理方法到80年代的污染物控制装备设施再到90年代各国政府开始制定污染预防方案，从产品的投入到产出都进行严格监控，以达到最大限度的清洁、低耗、安全生产。
