摘 要

社会经济的发展，迫切需要尽快加强建设具有社会化、信息化、专业化功能的物流中心。配送作为现代物流的一个核心内容，是现代科学技术、现代市场经济体制和系统物流思想的综合产物，正日益受到重视。本文针对当前乃至今后我国物流配送发展的现状和存在的问题，在对比国内外物流配送发展状况的同时，着重阐述了物流配送计划的主要内容、操作流程以及做进一步优化编制的可行性论证，正视其发展趋势和现实意义。同时还运用了一些合理的数学模型对配送计划进行理论分析。

全文共分为六章。第一章从论文课题的研究目的和国内外发展状况对比出发，阐述了我国物流配送现状，研究了相关的理论，引出了课题研究的主要内容和思路。第二章对配送的概念进行理论分析，包括基本作业环节、主要内容、操作流程及配送的合理化分析。第三章阐述了物流配送计划的编制的方法，主要描述了配送计划的基本编制流程，最后介绍了配送计划优化编制的常用算法。第四章主要应用数学的算法对配送进行优化编制，重着重描述了配送车辆路径问题的优化研究及可行性分析。第五章着重对一汽物流有限公司进行了配送运输的优化研究，提出初步业务方案，并进行成本分析，线路优化研究，最后得出结论。第六章为全文的结论。

Abstract:

With the development of social and economic, we need as quickly as possible to strengthen the construction of social, information, and professional capabilities of the logistics center. Distribution as a core element of modern logistics, modern science and technology, which is the integrated product of thinking of modern logistics market economic system and the system, are more and more paid attention. In my paper, at first, giving current and even future development of China's logistics situation and problems, at the same time in contrast to the development of domestic and international logistics and distribution, finally, we focusing on the main contents of logistics and distribution planning, operation processes, and further optimization of the preparation of the feasibility study, to address The trends and practical significance. At the same time, we use some reasonable mathematical model for theoretical analysis of the distribution plan (focus on analysis of the vehicle path algorithm).
The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter from the thesis research projects in international development objectives and proceed to explain the logistics situation in China in order to study the relevant theory, the main content of the research and ideas. Chapter II ,the theoretical analysis of the concept of distribution, including basic operating areas, the main content, processes, and distribution of rationalization. The third chapter on the logistics and distribution plan prepared by the method of the distribution plan describes the basic preparation process, finally proposed the establishment of the common distribution plan optimization algorithm. Chapter IV algorithms of applied mathematics to optimize the preparation of the distribution, re-focus on the delivery vehicle routing problem described in the optimization study and feasibility analysis. Chapter V focuses on the distribution of FAW Transportation Logistics Co., Ltd. for the optimization study, a preliminary business plan and cost analysis, circuit optimization, the final conclusion. 1 绪论

近年来作为“第三方利润”的物流正在成为一个全新的经济热点。但一直以来，我国经济发展总存在着重视生产轻视流通的观念，导致我国物流业受到的投资偏少、发展缓慢。所以如何建立一个适用于电子商务平台的配送的网络体系是所有的企业都需要进行深入探讨的。而怎样去制定配送计划则是目前的配送物流业务中的最大的难题，如果能够正确有效的设置物流配送计划，就可以最大程度上提升车辆的利用率、从而降低运输的成本、提升对客户的服务质量。

伴随着经济全球一体化趋势的日益增加和市场竞争程度愈演愈烈 ,现代物流的概念和外延也在不断地得到拓展和扩充,其中物流运动的新型模式——物流配送也随之逐渐形成和发展 ,并且渐渐的受到极大地重视。而社会经济的快速发展对物流和配送则提出了更高程度的要求 ,这就需要建立起更加先进的、科学的物流体系。作为现代物流的一个核心内容 , 配送与配送方式则是现代化的科学技术 、现代化市场经济体系和物流系统思想的综合产物。
