保价运输过程中贵重货件的高精度定位及实时监控系统毕业论文

摘 要

随着国内外物流服务的快速发展,运输业务的大量增加,与此同时物流基础设施的建设,管理水平的提升较慢,导致运输途中货件难免会发生损坏丢失的一些情况。而国内外定位技术的高速发展,完全可以将高精度定位以及实时监控系统应用于保价运输过程中,能够帮助我们得知货件是什么时候损坏,丢失的。从而为贵重货件的定损,赔付工作提供了完整的证据链。当然采用这个系统的根本目的还是降低贵重货件在运输过程中发生损坏和丢失的几率,提高保价运输的服务质量。

基于保证货物完好到达客户手中的根本目的,详细分析了货物流程,从货物入库开始,装车运输,在车途中,最终到达物流站点等待取件或送件,确定了工作重点在物流站点暂存的时间段,因为货物在按照货运公司正规运输操作的前提下,在货车行驶过程中货物丢失的可能性是很低的,所以把工作重点放在了物流站点上。然后基于此工作重点,提出了GPS 惯性导航 wifi位置指纹定位的方法。进而对GPS,惯性导航,wifi位置指纹定位方法和算法进行了介绍与对比分析,最终选择了K近邻法作为了本系统的定位算法。GPS和位置指纹定位技术的发展,这些都为本文的高精度定位及实时监控提供了技术上的支撑。

利用Visual Basic6.0语言设计货物定位实时监控控制系统平台,实现货物的运输过程的全程监控,保证承运人和托运人对货物可以进行实时的管控。货物定位实时监控系统平台的主要作用是对贵重货物在物流整个流程中的管理控制,具体需要拥有这些基本功能:系统设定;商品盘点;其他信息;商品控制;信息管理五个主功能模块。

主模块下又进行了细分:在系统设定模块下主要就是用户的登录,密码的修改,关于系统,还有退出等子模块;在商品盘点模块下主要是商品信息,入库时间,库存等子模块;在其他信息模块里包括物流站点查询、车辆查询、货物装车信息,送达取件时间等子模块;商品监控模块下就是对货物的实际位置查询模块;信息管理模块里主要包含了车辆管理和货物管理,车辆的增加、货物的增加都可以在这个模块里面实现。

定位技术的运用为保价运输的更好开展提供了基础支撑,而保价运输的服务提升又为物流业更好的发展提供了基础支撑,最终物流行业会得到更好的发展。

High-precision positioning and real-time monitoring of valuable goods in the process of insured transportation

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of logistics services at home and abroad, a large number of transport business increase, at the same time, the construction of logistics infrastructure, the improvement of management level is slow, resulting in the delivery of goods will inevitably occur damage and loss of some cases. The rapid development of positioning technology at home and abroad can fully apply high-precision positioning and real-time monitoring system in the process of insured transportation, which can help us know when the goods are damaged or lost. Thus for valuable cargo damage, compensation work will provide the complete chain of evidence. Of course, the fundamental purpose of using this system is to reduce the probability of damage and loss of valuable goods in the process of transportation and improve the service quality of insured transportation.

Based on the fundamental purpose of the goods in good condition to ensure customer hands, analyzes in detail the goods process, starting from the cargo warehousing, loading transport, in the car on the way, finally reach the logistics site waiting for pick-up or delivery, determines the priority in logistics site temporary period, because the goods in accordance with the shipping company under the premise of normal transportation operation, the possibility of loss of goods in the process of truck is very low, so the work emphasis on the logistics site. Then, based on this work focus, the method of GPS inertial navigation wifi location fingerprint positioning is proposed. Then, the methods and algorithms of GPS, inertial navigation and wifi location fingerprint location were introduced and compared. Finally, the k-nearest neighbor method was selected as the positioning algorithm of the system. The development of GPS and location fingerprint positioning technology provides technical support for the high-precision positioning and real-time monitoring in this paper.

Visual Basic6.0 language is used to design the real-time monitoring and control system platform for goods positioning, which can realize the whole-process monitoring of goods transportation and ensure that the carrier and the shipper can conduct real-time control of goods. The main function of the real-time monitoring system platform for cargo positioning is to manage and control precious cargo in the whole logistics process. Commodity inventory; Other information; Commodity control; Information management five main functional modules.

The main module is further subdivided: in the system setting module is mainly user login, password modification, about the system, and exit and other sub-modules; Under the commodity inventory module is the commodity information, warehousing time, inventory and other sub-modules; Other information modules include logistics station query, vehicle query, cargo loading information, delivery time and other sub-modules; Commodity monitoring module is the actual location of the goods query module; The information management module mainly includes vehicle management and cargo management. The increase of vehicles and cargo can be realized in this module.

The application of positioning technology provides the basic support for the better development of insured transport, while the improvement of the service of insured transport provides the basic support for the better development of logistics industry, and eventually the logistics industry will get better development.
