摘 要

近年来，随着经济的快速发展以及全面小康社会的建设，人们的生活质量得到大幅提升。当然，居民生活的不断改善带来对饮食方面需求的提高，人们不仅在意饮食的多样性，还更加注重饮食的绿色、安全、健康等问题，各种果蔬、肉类、蛋类等生鲜食品需求量不断增加，各种冷链食品进入到各家各户中。但是在我们国家，冷链物流配送环节却一个相对落后。除了需要提高冷链的运输效率，在冷链的管理上也和一些发达国家有着较大的差距。每年在运输方式上产生的问题不仅导致食品的腐损，而且对居民饮食安全带来的潜在威胁也不容小觑。

作为崛起的新兴产业中的一员，物联网的应用范围逐渐广阔，涉及到不同的行业和领域。在物流领域应用的研究也从未停止。这几年，大量的物流领域高端人才开始研究如何将物联网技术应用到冷链物流中，从而改变我国冷链物流在国际中的地位，提升管理运作水平，将食品更好的运送到人们的手中。

本文对物联网技术在冷链物流中的配送环节展开研究。分析我国食品冷链物流的现状，并对冷链物流配送一般流程进行分析，发现其中存在的问题。接着引入物联网的相关概念，介绍其关键技术：射频技术、传感器技术、移动GIS技术、LoRa传输技术等，分析物联网的技术优势，并对我国食品冷链物流基本配送方案进行优化。以X乳制品公司为例，运用物联网技术对配送环节进行方案的深入和细化，以此来为除乳制品外，其他食品冷链物流的配送提供解决思路。希望通过本文的研究，可以提高我国食品冷链物流配送效率,加快物联网技术在冷链物流行业的应用。

Research on Logistics Distribution Scheme of Food Cold Chain Based on Internet of Things Technology

ABSTRACT

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way, people's quality of life has been greatly improved. Of course, the continuous improvement of residents'lives has brought about the improvement of people's dietary needs. They not only care about the diversity of diet, but also pay more attention to the green, safety and health of diet. But in our country, the cold chain logistics and distribution link is in a relatively backward position. In addition to the need to improve the transport efficiency of cold chain, there is a big gap in the management of cold chain with some developed countries. Every year, the problems in transportation mode not only lead to food decay, but also the potential threat to the food safety of residents can not be underestimated.

As one of the emerging industries, the Internet of Things has been applied in a wide range, involving different industries and fields. The research on the application of logistics has never stopped. In recent years, a large number of high-end logistics talents began to study how to apply the Internet of Things technology to cold chain logistics, so as to change the status of China's cold chain logistics in the world, improve the level of management and operation, and better transport food to people's hands.

In this paper, the Internet of Things technology in the cold chain logistics distribution link is studied. The current situation of food cold chain logistics in China is analyzed, and the general process of cold chain logistics distribution is analyzed, and the existing problems are found. Then it introduces the related concepts of the Internet of Things , analyses the technical advantages of the Internet of Things, and optimizes the basic distribution scheme of food cold chain logistics in China. Taking X Dairy Company as an example, this paper uses the Internet of Things technology to deepen and refine the distribution plan, in order to provide solutions for other food cold chain logistics besides dairy products. Hope that through this study, we can improve the efficiency of food cold chain logistics distribution and accelerate the application of Internet of Things technology in the cold chain logistics industry.

1 绪论

1.1 研究背景

建国初期，解决温饱问题一度成为我国消费者的难题。而现如今,随着新一轮消费升级,食品质量、食品口味、消费环境等方面受到消费者高度关注。要满足大众消费者的需求，我国的冷链物流体系建设就要上升一个新的高度。但是显然，我国冷链物流的体系的建设并不能满足要求。整个冷链物流涉及环节众多，虽然政府在2017发布意见旨在促进冷链的发展，但仍需要各个企业通力合作、各司其职，才能使我国的冷链物流体系趋于完善。

目前，我国综合冷链流通率为22%，很多冷链食品在销售过程中没有严格的温度限制，相较于欧美平均在95%以上的水平差距较大^[1]。通过调查得知我国80%的易腐食品在运输中并没有温度监控系统，只是通过简单降温设备使温度维持在较低状态下，这不仅会影响食品质量，还可能引发安全问题。随着生鲜食品开始进入电商领域，需求量的增加，对冷链物流配送要求也随之提升。

进入21世纪，中国成为（WTO）世界贸易组织的一员，为了满足与周边国家的贸易需求，我国开始加快食品冷链流通体制改革。现如今，各国对现代食品冷链物流发展的重视程度不断增加，作为人口大国，冷链物流自然也不能落后，必须向生鲜食品市场化和贸易自由化。
