摘 要

近年来，伴随着我国经济的持续快速发展和城市规模的不断扩张，人们的出行在次数与距离上都较以往有了大幅的增长，城市公共客运交通的重要性日渐凸显，并成为人们日常生活不可或缺的组成部分。城市客运出租汽车也在此过程中取得了长足的发展，但与此同时诸如出租汽车保有量控制不合理、服务质量欠佳等问题却日益凸显，直接或间接地影响了出租汽车行业的进一步发展。

本文将以南京市公共客运交通系统中的重要组成部分——城市客运出租汽车作为主要的研究对象，对出租汽车在城市中的地位与作用，出租汽车行业发展现状及存在的主要问题进行深入分析，并且在此基础上，按照市场发展规律，建立南京市出租汽车保有量的预测模型。同时考虑利用价格杠杆调节市场供需平衡，即对出租汽车价格确定进行研究，实现对出租汽车市场的有效调控。

本文通过理论对城市出租汽车行业进行分析的同时，并结合实例进行理论验证，对南京市出租汽车的发展与规划具有一定指导意义。

Abstract

In recent years, with the sustained rapid development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of cities size, people travel more often than in the past, and the distance is also longer than before. The importance of urban public transportation has increased significantly. And it has become an indispensable part of our daily life. Taxi trade has achieved a considerable development in this process. At the same time there have been many problems, such as the total number control and the low quality of service. And these problems will have a bad effect on the further development of the taxi trade.

Researching into the important component of the public transport system—taxi, this paper analyzed deeply the status and role of taxi, taxi development condition and major problems in Nanjing city. Based on these, in accordance with the laws of market development, then established the prediction model for Nanjing taxi preservation。This paper analyzed the forecasting method of taxi preservation which is based on the balance of supply and demand. On the basis of this, considering the use of supply and demand balance which the certainty of urban taxi price, in order to achieve effective market measures.

In this paper, not only the taxi trade is analyzed from theory, but also some practical examples are giving. There is definitely instructional significance for Nanjing taxi trade planning and management.
