摘 要

冷链物流是指将易变质产品从供应地开始持续保持在低温环境下，经过加工、包装、存储流通等流程运送到用户手中，依靠低温减少产品腐损并最大程度保证产品的品质。冷链与科技的发展息息相关，冷链技术与冷链设备都是在科技的基础上发展而来的。随着我国社会经济的发展，人民的物质生活越来越丰富，从物质数量的追求转变为生活质量的追求，人们在冷藏食品上的需求也愈来愈大，同时食物安全的问题也不可避免的迎来众多目光的聚集，因此冷链物流的发展也获得了更多的关注。冷冻冷藏类食物的品质与冷链物流的效率和质量休戚相关，冷链物流的运行状况影响顺丰速运整体物流业务营运状况，而由于物流又是顺丰速运企业的支撑业务，因此，优化顺丰速运冷链物流对其进一步的发展具有至关重要的意义。

本文旨在通过对顺丰速运所开展的冷链物流业务和发展现状进行调研并作SWOT分析，发现顺丰速运冷链物流中存在的一些缺点或不足之处，对比现在国际先进冷链物流发展经历对顺丰速运冷链物流给出一些针对性措施和建议，将冷链的效用最大化发挥出来，推动顺丰速运冷链物流的专业化和标准化进程，提高食物冷链的配送效率。

ABSTRACT

The operation status of cold chain logistics affects the operation status of the whole logistics business, and because the logistics is the support business of SF Express, Logistics is of vital importance to its further development.

This paper aims to carry out research and analysis of the cold chain logistics business and development status of SF Express carried out by SWOT analysis. It is found that some shortcomings or shortcomings in SF Expressway logistics are compared with the international advanced cold chain logistics technology It gives some specific measures and suggestions to the function of the cold chain, and promotes the specialization and standardization of the cold chain logistics of SF Express and improves the distribution efficiency of the food cold chain.

1.1 研究背景及意义

1.1.1 研究背景

冷链是以保持食品的新鲜发展起来的,被普遍应用于初级农产品 、加工食品 、生物制品和药品等流通体系。2006年国家标准 《物流术语》(GB/T18354— 2006)对冷链的定义 :“根据物品特性,为保持其品质而采用的从生产到消费的过程中始终处于低温状态的物流网络 ” ^［1］。

现如今人们的生活品质逐渐提升，由于更加关注食品是否新鲜、安全，冷链物流的发展便也日益成为人们关注的焦点^[2]。人均速冻食品年消费量在我国为9千克，而美国的人均年消费量为90千克，欧盟也有45千克。从发达国家的经验上不难看出，随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活节奏越来越紧凑，社会分工程度也越来越深，导致在健康卫生的速冻食品上的就有着日益高涨的需求，因而冷链物流的需求也随之增加。由中国食品工业协会的一次调研结果得出，因为冷链发展不完善导致每年浪费大致1.4亿吨果蔬， 总价值至少有700亿元^[3]，在发达国家中，95%以上的农产品都在冷链中运输存储，而我国仅有5%的果蔬、15%的肉类、23%的水产品得以使用冷链运输存储，造成了巨大的经济浪费^[4]。
