摘 要

随着经济全球化的迅速发展，我国的茶叶品种也在不断地增加。而且随着人们对于健康生活的寻求以及精神上的享受，饮茶已成为大多人的风尚。在我国，茶产业已获得当局的大力支持，并开始走向规模化与正规化，未来也将有很大的增长潜力。茶叶企业越来越重视作为“第三方利润”的物流业，物流配送中心作为茶叶物流配送的基本设施，在茶叶物流系统中占有重要的地位，所以，建立一个高效且完善的茶叶物流配送体系是至关重要的。而创立高效且完善的茶叶配送体系的关键所在便是研究茶叶物流配送中心的选址的问题。所以，处理好选址的问题将在很大的程度上推进我国茶叶行业及其他相关产业的发展。

本文主要分析了黔中、黔南高档名优茶产业带，通过借鉴其他省份的茶叶物流及配送中心选址的情况，建立数学模型，运用 SWOT分析法以及 AHP综合评价选址模型对其茶叶物流配送中心的不同选址进行分析研究，最终做出最优的选择。

Study on the location of tea logistics distribution center in Guizhou

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of economic globalization, Chinese tea varieties are constantly increasing. And as people for the pursuit of healthy living and spiritual enjoyment, tea has become the trend of most people.In China, the tea industry has been the strong support of the authorities, and began to scale and regularization, the future will also have great growth potential.Tea enterprises pay more and more attention as the "third party profit" logistics industry, logistics and distribution center as a tea logistics and distribution of the basic facilities in the tea logistics system occupies an important position, so the establishment of an efficient and perfect tea logistics and distribution system is Critical.And the creation of efficient and perfect tea distribution system is the key to the study of tea logistics and distribution center of the site. Therefore, the problem of handling the site will be a great extent to promote China's tea industry and other related industries.

This paper mainly analyzes the high-grade famous tea industry belt in Qianzhong and Qiannan, and establishes the mathematical model by referring to the situation of tea logistics and distribution center in other provinces. By using SWOT analysis method and AHP comprehensive evaluation site selection model, The center of the different sites for analysis and analysis, and ultimately make the best choice.

研究背景及意义

研究背景

随着社会的不停发展，茶叶已成为我国乃至全世界的主流饮品，去喜爱和寻求这种天然的保健饮料的人越来越多。在中国，茶叶已有几千年的发展历史。特别是最近几年，茶叶市场规模急剧扩大，从而该行业的发展也蒸蒸日上，随之带来了其出口数量与种类增长迅速。在这个时代，整个世界处于经济全球化的这种发展新模式，然而这却是一把“双刃剑”，对于茶叶行业来说，不单大大地促进了其发展，激发其的潜在潜力，更使得它面对着巨大的挑战与考验。

贵州省按照行政区、海拔、产茶类型等条件将贵州省的产茶区划分为5个，分别为黔中、黔南高档名优茶产业带，黔东优质出口绿茶产业带、黔北锌硒优质绿茶产业带、黔西北高山有机绿茶产业带、黔西南大叶种早生绿茶和花茶产业带，如图1.1。

而黔中、黔南高档名优茶产业带坐落在云南东部的贵州高原和东南部地区的山坡上，该地区地形起伏，千奇百怪的景观，并坐落于广西的北部，这里的地形不光有盆地与河谷，更有高原山脉与丘陵分布。其覆盖了贵阳市与黔南自治州等共16个县市，面积较大。此产业带的气候为亚热带潮湿温和型天气，冬无酷寒，夏无盛暑，年平均气温保持在15℃上下，夏日平均气温约23℃，并且年平均湿度在78以上，年平均降水总量在1100 mm以上，且年平均气温大于1150小时，泥土大都是酸性黄土，不管是从地形面积上，还是从气候等天然条件上来看，该区域都为茶树的生长供应了有利的天然条件^［1］。

近几年来茶叶物流配送发展迅猛，特别是在贵州早已出现了以茶为主体的各种配送，甚至有了多元化发展的趋向。在整个运输茶叶的路途中，在其中涉及到的组织主要包括单一的茶农、茶农相关的合作组织、村庄中的茶叶运输销售者、与之合作的第三方物流企业以及茶叶相应的批发市场等^［2］。
