摘 要

上世纪70年代，我国全面开始改革开放，随后我国的经济得以迅速发展。经济的发展推动了物流服务行业的迅速崛起。众所周知，任何行业的发展都不可能一帆风顺，物流行业的发展同样面临很多的挑战，例如金融危机、激烈的市场竞争等因素都会影响物流行业的发展，所以对物流行业来说这既是巨大的挑战，又给我国物流产业发展带来很多机遇。本文针对物流过程中最后一个配送环节展开研究，这是一个非常重要的环节！首先用简单的文字介绍了中骅物流公司的发展历程，指出了南京中骅物流配送存在的一些问题，明确了物流配送中心在选址以及线路优化时的目标，然后重点介绍了选址及线路优化的方法，并对配送中心的选址进行判断分析，最后分别用扫描算法，改进后的插入法，节约里程法对南京中骅物流配送线路进行优化分析，对三种方法优化的方案进行对比，选择最佳线路优化的方案，并且得到了相对满意的结果。优化后的配送网络非常有用，不仅抬高了中骅物流公司的派送效率，而且有效降低了物流派送成本，尽可能多的提升企业利润，让中骅物流得以立足于竞争激烈的物流市场中，与此同时，也可以给同类物流企业作出一个好的表率。通过对中骅物流公司物流配送线路优化的研究，为物流行业配送作业的优化提供参考，提高整个行业的物流服务水平，促进我国物流业发展水平不断提升。

Chunghwa logistics company in distribution business optimization research

ABSTRACT

In the 1970s, China began to reform and open up, and then our economy developed rapidly. The development of the economy has led to the rapid rise of the logistics service industry. As is known to all, any industry can't be smooth sailing, the development of the logistics industry also faces many challenges, such as the financial crisis and the fierce market competition factors will influence the development of logistics industry, so it is a huge challenge for the logistics industry, and offers many opportunities to the development of China's logistics industry. This paper studies the last distribution in logistics, which is a very important link! First used simple text introduces Chunghwa logistics companies in the development course, points out the nanjing Chunghwa in some problems of logistics distribution, has been clear about the logistics distribution center location and route optimization goal, and then focus on the location and route optimization method, and the location of distribution center judgment analysis, finally respectively by scanning algorithm, the improved insert method, save mileage method in nanjing Chunghwa logistics distribution route optimization analysis, scheme comparison of three methods to optimize and choose the best route optimization solution, and relatively satisfactory results were obtained. After optimization of distribution network is very useful, not only raised the Chunghwa in logistics company delivery efficiency, and effectively reduces the cost of logistics delivery, improve enterprise profits as much as possible, let the Chunghwa logistics to foothold in the fierce competition of logistics market, at the same time, also can give the same kind logistics enterprises to make a good example. By Chunghwa logistics company in logistics distribution route optimization research, provide a reference for optimization of logistics distribution operations, improve logistics service level of the whole industry, promote the level of logistics industry development in our country.

物流是为满足买家需求而进行的从供应链上层到供应链末端的原材料、半成品、最终产物的流通和储存、实施和控制的完整过程。其功能是通过交通运输、货仓储存、流通加工、配送服务、信息采集和处理等环节有机联络起来完成的。其中末端配送对于物流过程的完结和发展有着深刻的社会意义和历史意义。在社会主义市场经济背景下，我国经济的发展离不开物流配送这一活动，把经济发展各个环节牢牢地扣在一起。物流配送是物流最基本且最重要的功能，因为其直接面向最终客户，往往直接影响客户满意度，对于满足现代化的物流服务需求方面起着至关重要的作用。若没有配送环节就会影响整个物流过程的效益和客户的主观印象，可以这么说，物流的整体效果主要是通过末端配送来体现的。闻名的管理学界名人彼得德鲁克曾说过“美国人耗费的每美元中，大概有很大一部分是花在产品制成以后的活动上，即在产成品基本已经完工的以后……”从经济学的角度来看，物流配送是将产品的物质特性转换成经济价值的过程，从而为产品带来了客户，为企业带来了收入。由此可见配送活动对于整个物流过程的重要性。

伴随我国改革开放的不断加深，整体经济发展水平越来越高，物流在经济活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色，人们逐渐认识到高效、合理地促进物流产业稳健发展的重要性。自我国加入世界贸易组织以来，配送业务迅猛发展，与此同时促进了我国经济的快速发展。尽管物流配送业务在高速发展，但是依然存在着很多问题，例如整个物流行业发展较为落后、对企业物流的评价不够全面、配送线路不合理、专业的物流方面人才严重不足等。由此可以看出，中国的物流配送还需要提高。
