摘 要

我国作为农业大国，现如今农业生产效率不断下降，农产品价格波动起伏不定，农业也惨遭着自然风险和市场风险的破坏，耕地面积的大量减少，生态环境的恶化，环境问题造成水土流失严重和污染严重等一系列问题也都迫在眉睫。想要实现中国农业的现代化转型，国际之间的交流合作是必不可少的，建立健全现代化农业发展体制和农产品绿色供应链的推广机制。合理利用现有产业资源，多利用，精利用，加大自身投资建设。充分发挥政府宏观调控和人民的主观能动性。本课题将对当前我国农产品供应链的发展现状进行分析，并对应问题提出相关改进策略。根据现实的新闻报导，将问题一一举出，并从大到小的范围解决在各种条件下的农产品相关问题，联动地处理在农产品绿色供应链管理中可能会涉及的问题，从而推进我国农产品绿色供应链的可持续发展。

1 绪论

1.1研究背景和内容

为了满足经济与科技的飞速发展，地球上的自然资源不断地被开发和使用，随之带来的是自然资源的逐渐枯竭和人类生存环境的急剧污染，因此人们越来越重视能为环境保护和可持续发展带来帮助的绿色供应链（Green Supply Chain,GSC）。

1996年，由美国制造研究协会（MRC）首先提出了绿色供应链的概念：绿色制造理论和供应链管理技术的应用，使整个供应链，产品包括采购、加工、包装、运输、使用和处置的全过程，不仅对对环境的影响最小，对供应链管理模式和资源效率最大化。

农产品绿色供应链是用技术在农产品供应链绿色供应链的概念，通过对农产品供应链合作的各方面的生态设计和严格的供应链，确保农产品质量安全、农产品供应链的资源消耗和最小模型的供应链管理，实现农产品可持续发展的环境破坏。

除此之外，农业生产效率普遍较低，市场上农产品的价格差距波动较大，整个农产品供应链产业面临的自然风险和市场风险并存的现实问题显著，农业生产所带来的生态环境的恶化、土地耕地面积的不断减少、水土流失和污染严重等环境问题也尤为严重。
